Insurance Agent

Soon after receiving my education from Stetson University in 1962, I married Ron Paradise on Thanksgiving Day, 1962. I spent a short time teaching before moving to Tallahassee, FL where Ron completed his studies at FSU. After raising both of our children, I became an insurance and real estate agent and joined our family-owned real estate, insurance and property management firm, Taylor – Ashley. The agency was founded by my grandfather 75 years ago, and over the years our employees have included, children, grandchildren, siblings and brothers-in-law. We truly are one big happy family.

I partake in numerous community activities such as my local church functions, the Stuart Heritage Society and the PEO sisterhood. To get away from it all, we often head to the cool appalachians of western North Carolina, where children and grandchildren will also visit. My motto is “To stay young… keep active”.
